The Space

Inside, unwind with cozy queen beds in two bedrooms, three Smart TVs, lounge chairs, a plush sofa, and elegant hardwood floors. The kitchen includes modern appliances, a drip coffee maker, and a Keurig with complimentary pods. Additional comforts include air conditioning, provided linens/towels, and child-friendly spaces. Pets are welcome for an additional fee.
Guest access
As a guest, you can enjoy full access to the entire upstairs living area, two queen bedrooms, outdoor deck with fire pit and string lights. Also, enjoy indoor lounge with flat-screen Smart TVs, fully equipped kitchen including drip and Keurig coffee makers, air conditioning, linens/towels and driveway parking for 2 vehicles. In addition, guests can use complimentary adult bikes upon signing a liability waiver form.

We recognize that our guests often want to request early arrival or later check-outs. While we really try to say yes to our guest requests, this is the one request that we cannot accommodate.
We strive to have our homes in perfect order for your arrival and that is a monumental task for our cleaning & maintenance crews to attain in the amount of time allotted. Having guests arrive earlier or stay later adds additional pressure to an already tight timeline.

We had a great long weekend in Traverse city and this was the perfect home base. Easy bike, run, drive in and out of town and the food recommendations shared were great.

Dan was a great host! We were able to extend our trip an extra day and Dan was very accommodating. My husband, myself and our lab, Mandy felt right at home. We loved having a secure place for our fur baby. Our youngest son lives in TC and this will be our go to home away from home! We look forward to many more visits here!

My wife, kids and I spent a large portion of our spring break and we absolutely LOVED the space. Easy access to everything, just as pictured and the hosts were responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend!
